I found me some fine gold coins to load into me ship
an' the I be off to catch up wit' Cap'n Mao Fang of the Cat O' Nine Tails. Cap'n Mao Fang took over after the loss of Cap'n Nels the Cranky last year.

I've got me a different Pirate Name this year. Sure 'n it must be because I now be a teenager,
seein' as how I turned 13 on August 31st!

Saturday Caturday Fun for Me

First, I want to thank everyone for all of the ever-so-nice birthday greetings. I am having a great time being 13 years old. I really have such fun when I get to go outside in my backyard. I walk around and smell everything. I especially like smelling all of the scents left by those bunnies and chipmunks that I usually have to watch through the screen!

See, how my mouth is open - my Lap Lady was laughing because I was talking the whole time that I was on patrol. She said if there were any bunnies or chipmunks I had already scared them away by talking too much! Hmmmph! ~~~~~

Oh no, you shouldn't show my tummy like that... ~~~~~

It's my 13th Birthday Today!

Guess what?
You would never know it to look at me
but today I am 13 years old!

My Lap Lady gave us breakfast like she does every morning and then she opened the porch door so I could check for some sunshine. Willow told me that there would be birthday surprises a little later on. I thought this would be a good time for a nap on the couch with Louie the Lamb. Oh, is it time?
Willow just called me to come in the house
for the first birthday surprise!Woo Hoo - Willow and I got to enjoy some Fancy Feast Appetizers for a mid-morning snack. My Lap Lady saw that they were new in the newspaper and she thought that would be a special surprise treat for my birthday. For my birthday we tried the White Meat Chicken & Shredded Beef Appetizer in a Delicate Broth! Since it is a special day my Lap Lady put our appetizers in two pretty bowls with blue flowers decorating the inside. I have to tell you that it was delicious and we both gobbled it up! I almost finished all of my appetizer and you can see how pretty the bowl is. Well, I'm not used to having appetizers for a snack so I had better go take another nap before it's time for another birthday surprise!

I Love Outside!

I love going outside.
Since it was so nice out and I was such a good girl
I got to go out and look around in the backyard.

Two little apricot-colored poodles live there but they weren't out while I was looking at their yard. They are called toy poodles so they are about the same size as Willow. I am the smallest but as you can see I am adventurous! I enjoyed walking through the flower bed and have more pictures to show in another post!

Today is Toesday

It is very important to keep your toes clean. First, I make sure that my left paw is clean... After licking it, I smell it and it smells good! Next, I clean my right paw. Being clean is such a good feeling
and now I feel great!
