Thankful Thursday

Well, I have to tell you that one of my favorite things to do is hang out in my catio. So, while I am very thankful for my catio, it is not as much fun for me when it is really cold out. In fact, right now it is snowing.

Today I am very thankful to be inside my warm house! I decided to curl up in my cozy hammock and take a nice nap while the snow falls!

Mancat Monday

Woo Hoo - it's Mancat Monday!

I am so enjoying taking a nap on my Big Janitor Dad's afghan. It looks very nice with my fur and it is very cozy. My Food Lady's mom crocheted this afghan for my Big Janitor Dad 36 years ago! Wow, that was a long time ago!

I may not look very excited right now but I have to rest up for a very special day tomorrow....... Tuesday is my Birthday and I will be 5 years old! I hope that everycat can come by for some catnippy fun! Yesterday was my Food Lady's birthday and she gave me treats -- I hope that I get treats tomorrow for my birthday too! As the spoiled cat of the house, I'm fairly certain there will be treats tomorrow!

TockTober Tuesday

I am so happy that is Autumn now. I like October because the weather is usually cooler - I prefer it not to be too hot when I hang out in my screened-in porch. Sometimes I find mousies, voles, chipmunks, and even birds there. I am not sure why they come into a porch where there is a mighty fierce hunter prowling around waiting for visitors!

It's almost Halloween and I sure do hope that I get lots of treats but I don't really like tricks! My first Halloween treat was this really cool Haunted House Cat Scratcher. My Food Lady brought it home and put it together for me! Meeeeeoooooowwww!

It's also TockTober which was started by Derby and two bunnies, Fiona and Lando, in 2008. He is now Angel Derby but everycat still likes to show off their tocks in honor of him. His brother, Ducky, honored him in a very nice post over at The Tabby Cat Club. Hmmmm, I'm a ginger tabby mancat so maybe I could join The Tabby Cat Club!

I really like my new Haunted House. It doesn't seem to be haunted but on the contrary, it seems to be a terrific house to sneak a nap!

And, here is a final tock shot of me walking down my hallway. I told my Food Lady that I have no idea what happened to that toilet paper roll. I think that she should clean up that mess!

Easy Like Sunday Inside Outside

I really like to be outside in my screened-in porch when it is hot. However, my Big Janitor Dad kept thinking that it was too hot for me out there. He kept making me come inside for a while to cool off. So, I went around the house looking for my Lap Lady and when I found her in the living room I jumped up on the couch for a nap. I like taking a nap leaning on the cow pillow.

Tuckered-out Tuesday

Today is Tuesday and I am tuckered-out!
I spent some time in my screened-in porch until a quick thunderstorm rolled into the area. My Lap Lady let me in and I had some lunch. I strolled into the library where I keep another one of my beds on my Lap Lady's desk.
So I hope that the sun comes out again and
I will go find a sunspot in my porch!
