More Christmas

Willow and I were trying to be quite patient
while waiting for our presents on Christmas morning.

Christmas Morning

I was so happy that my grandparents
came to visit us for Christmas!
(We have been so busy that I am way behind in my blogging.)
You can see my grandpa scritching me here on Christmas morning... and then it was time for presents!
I love my new toy!!!!! Christmas was finally here!!!

Looking for Sunshine

Since this tree was put in front of my "sunshine" window

I am having a rather difficult time getting my daily ration of sunshine!

First Toesday for Me!

This is my first toesday picture
so I wanted to make sure that they were very clean toes, indeed!I cleaned... and cleaned... until I could display my toes
with nails properly extended. P.S. The toy mousie on yellow cardboard
was left there by Willow when she found it
in my Lap Lady's hidden Christmas toy bag.
I got to play with it too!

No Flower Power...

I guess that since I was rather enjoying

the bouquet on the table in the living room

it somehow meant that I was a big fan of flowers. Wrong,

and please remove that flower

Widebody Wednesday for Cousin Alice

I used to be the biggest cat until Willow came here to live.

She was really tiny at first but now she is way bigger than I am.
I need to get a picture of us sitting
so you can also see how tall Willow is next to me. However, Cousin Alice is the biggest cat that we know.

Here is a picture of her sleeping in the sunshine.
We don't tell her that she is big.
She thinks that she is petite, her mamakitty said so.

Tummy Tuesday

It's time for Tummy Tuesday again and I was thinking about all of the new toys that I will be getting for Christmas since I have been a very good cat.
So I had to pull out one of my older toys to see if it was still fun.
And it was fun!
I was rolling all over putting the bitey on the mousie.
I could even still smell the nip on it.
This, of course, was how my tummy came to be exposed today!

I Was Sleeping...

So, there I was all cozy and snuggly
and minding my own business.
You know just taking a cat nap, if you will.when suddenly there are flashes going off right over me.
Therefore, I had to look up with the evil eye.

Wacky Wednesday

I was just minding my own business looking out the front window.
Suddenly my Lap Lady decides that she needs to photograph me.
I was kind of busy at the time.
So to hurry things up, I quickly jumped right in front of the camera. I really don't think that this was the picture she was hoping to get!

Tuesday Tummy Time

I really, really, really love to sleep in the sun! Luckily for me, in the winter all of the sunshine

comes into the living room almost every afternoon.

So, this is where you can always find me!

Monday Morning

Well, the snow storm is over but it is still really cold here.

So I'm staying warm in bed!

My Cousin Alice

I think that Alice is a cousin of mine.
OK, she lives with my Lap Lady's daughter who we like to call Lily.
So, I believe that makes Alice my cousin????? Anyway, today is my Lap Lady's Lily's birthday (I know this is getting somewhat complicated!) and Alice has chosen to wear the Happy Birthday hat for her.

Snow Day Today

We seem to be having a snow storm out in front of my house today.
The Dad is pushing all of the white stuff around on the driveway.
I think he should have stayed inside
since I was still sleeping quite cozily in bed.
I am especially annoyed considering the fact that the alarm went off early for this "snow stuff" because he needs to leave early for work.
I'm not saying it's all about me but,
this is quite affecting my morning.

This is all that I could see out the front window.
I couldn't even see him out there.
Oh well, my Lap Lady is still in here and ready to feed me breakfast.

A Memory

November 29th, 2001
was when George Harrison of the Beatles died.
My Lap Lady took this picture of me with the TV Guide cover
five years ago because the Dad was,
and still is, a really big fan of the Beatles.

So, she took the picture of us to give to the Dad. If he doesn't still have it, I think that I will give him another one tonight
when he gets home from work. I found the picture this morning when I was trying, in vain, to organize so many pictures of myself.
