Tummy Toesday Today

Finally, I get back to my blog. My Lap Lady didn't have time all weekend because of places she had to go to with the Big Janitor. They got to go visit their friends but I certainly didn't get to do any visiting. I even had to miss Gree and Othello's Wedding but luckily I did get to attend the Wedding Shower the week before.
~~~~~
So I insisted to my Lap Lady that since I have a terrific tummy and toes picture and it is Tuesday, let's show everyone my picture today!
And then can we go visiting???
Furry Fighter Friday
My good friend, Storm the Furry Fighter, had to travel to the Rainbow Bridge today. She fought cancer, not once, but twice.
~~~~~
You can read her
I Won post here
but don't forget tissues! I will miss her very much.
She really was a Winner!
Here is a picture of the ones that came before at my house,
who I am sure will greet Stormie today!

God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face.

He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.

He knew that you were suffering, he knew you were in pain.
And knew that you would never get well on earth again.

He saw your path was difficult, he closed your tired eyes,
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.

When we saw you sleeping so calm and free of pain,
We would not wish you back to earth to suffer once again.

You’ve left us precious memories, your love will be our guide,
You live on through your children, you’re always by our side.

It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you on the day God called you home.

I love you, Big Janitor

Thank you so much for your thoughts, purrs, and prayers
for my Big Janitor!
~~~~~
He did get to come home last night and I am so happy! He wanted to be left alone after all the chaos of the hospital, so my Lap Lady opened the door to the screened-in porch and I went out to enjoy the sunshine, while my Big Janitor was able to enjoy the air conditioning in the house!
Purring for my Big Janitor Dad
I'm worried today because my Dad (aka my Big Janitor) has to go to the hospital. His doctor says he has to have an artery unblocked, whatever that means... It's been arranged for a few weeks now but I just like to have my dad at home at night. He keeps saying that he will come home tonight but doesn't know for sure if the doctor will let him. As soon as the doctor says OK, my Lap Lady will bring my Big Janitor back home. He even cleaned our kitty litter already, in case the doctor makes him stay there tonight.
Please purr for my Dad the Big Janitor!
Tummy Tuesday!
It's kind of cloudy so I don't have too much sunshine today but it's still very warm and humid here. My Lap Lady doesn't like heat and humidity but I sure do!
~~~~~
This is how I enjoyed myself today...just laying on the couch, feeling the heat and showing off my tummy! My fur has almost grown all back on my tummy - as you can see my floofiness as I sprawl on the couch. I used to bite off the fur on my tummy and the v-e-t thought it might be from anxiety. I can't imagine what I would have to be anxious about.
~~~~~
Anyway, the good news is my tummy fur is back!
