I really am an elf!

I played an elf named Wunorose Openslae in that terrific show CCSI - The Christmas Caper. See, that's me down in the right corner in my elf costume. If you haven't seen it yet, Sassy has the whole show over at the CCSI Blog.
~~~~~
Well, much to my surprise
my Lap Lady brought home a real elf costume for me!
I thought that there was no way
that I would be wearing an elf costume at home.
But I really didn't mind it at all!
Oops, my hat fell off... My Lap Lady also brought home a Santa cape and hat. That hat I didn't much care for but the cape is kind of nice. There are pretty white fluffy balls on the end of the ribbons which were rather fun to play with! It's time for the Carnival of the Cats and it's being hosted by the King of the Carnival of the Cats, Laurence Simon. This will be his final time so make sure to check it out here.
~~~~~
Weekend Cat Blogging is over at the Tuxedo Gang's Hideout and hosted by Samantha Black and Tigger.
~~~~~
The Bad Kitty Cat Festival of Chaos is over with Zed Monster and Megan at Bad Kitty Cats Journal. There is an optional theme of New or Old.
Secret Paws from Forty Paws!
My Secret Paws came from Forty Paws a few days ago.
Look at how big this box is...It smells good.
Let me try to get in to see what smells so good.
Maybe if I put the bitey on it... I think that I need help pulling my presents out.
Lap Lady, Help Me!!!
OK, now I know what smelled so good...
Hooray, it's a catnip nanner!!!
I had a catnip cigar before but I've never had a catnip nanner before!
And Temptations too!!!!
I've had Temptations and know that I love them!
Hey, Willow that's my catnip nanner... Well, that's alright, you can sniff it too
but I'm watching you...
These white things were in my box too.
I wonder what they are???
Oh, Look!!!! It's a cat hammock for me!
I'm going to climb right up on it with my new toys...
Hey, this is very soft and comfortable... This is a terrific place to enjoy my new nanner!
It even tastes delicious!
Here's the card from Forty Paws!
Everycat signed it - there's Bow, Jenny, Sally, Reno, Smokey,
Annie, G.T., Gatsbi, Dorf and Obi!
~~~~~
Thank you so much for all the great gifts!
I really love every single present
and now I think I'm worn out and will just sneak a little nap here!

I've Been Good...

I found this hat while we were packing up our Secret Paws.
See, Santa Claws, it says that I have been good!
Willow and I are here dreaming of all the things
that Santa might bring to us.
Thank you to Ann from Zoolatry for making
this lovely picture for us!

Thanks on Thursday

Today I was so excited
when Willow told me that WE had some mail to open.
It's not Secret Paws but it is something very special.
~~~~~
My Lap Lady surprised us and let us open up a package
that had a Holiday Gizzy in it!
She bought from Mom Lynne and Millie -- For Us!
~~~~~
It has been hiding in her closet since September;
that's when the limited edition of Holiday Gizzies went on sale.
I really wanted one but thought she forgot to order us one
and that we would have to wait until next year.
Also in the package was a Christmas Nip Ravioli
that Mom Robyn (from HotMBC) made with some Primo Nip!
~~~~~
Today I made a slide strip of us
with our brand new Christmas Gizzy and Nip Ravioli!
~~~~~
Willow and I also received our very first Christmas Card ever
from Mom Laura, Mu Shue and Lilly Lu!
I'm afraid I was sidetracked but if you go visit Willow
you can see her reading our Christmas Card!

Tuesday Toys and Toes

Toys, toys, toys...
I was sitting in the midst of some of my toys.
Not playing, just sitting... But I don't feel like photoshoots right now...
You can look at my little toes as I leave!

BKCFOC Theme: Toys or Boxes

Well, it's time for the Bad Kitty Cats Festival of Chaos!
It's hosted this week by Samantha and Tigger

at Life From a Cat's Perspective.

~~~~~
The theme includes two of my very favorite things:
Toys or Boxes!
I didn't have to choose because when I walked into the family room
I found two new boxes - just sitting there!
So I jumped right into this big round box.
My Lap Lady left it on the floor and I can only assume
that it was left here for me.
She knows that I love to curl up and sleep in round spaces.
Oh, wait, there's another box over here.
It's not round but it looks nice. Willow checked it out already.
I don't think that I will be able to get out if I climb in here...
Sunday Snoozing
It's Sunday afternoon and my Lap Lady should be sitting with me
watching her football guys, the Rams.
But she is busy getting ready for Christmas.
~~~~~
Oh, she is still watching the football game
but she won't sit down with me.
So, I guess I'll just snooze here with one of the Rams blankets.
Maybe if they win, my Lap Lady will be so happy
she'll let me sit on her lap!
~~~~~
Go Rams!
~~~~~
Later tonight, when I get some lap time for sure,
we'll be visiting Zed Monster & the Bad Kitty Cats
who are hosting today's Carnival of the Cats!

Thankful Thursday

It's time for my Thankful Thursday post.
Today it is in the 30's and outside it is sometimes sleet, sometimes freezing rain and sometimes snow. I am ever so thankful to be an indoor kitty with lots of nice blankets and a soft bed to snuggle in. My Lap Lady even covered me up with the Hello Kitty robe.
And if you look really close you can see my peachy-tan nose. Yesterday I was thankful that I was able to attend Miss Peach's Tea Party. She had a lovely party and when we left, we were all given a beautiful golden rose. Miss Peach said:

These are magic roses, and if you put your rose in water overnight, there will be six roses there in the morning for you to share with who ever you think has a PEACHY HEART OF GOLD.
My hope is that this golden rose will be on each blog in the Blogosphere!

Thank you, Miss Peach and Happy Birthday to Momma Karla
