I was planning on posting this picture of me
because I like the way the sun looks on my face.

Happy Birthday Big Janitor!

I love my Big Janitor aka Dad.
He takes very good care of me.
Almost every nice evening,
he takes me out to sit
on the porch bench out front.
Just me and him.

Springtime on the Porch

Willow and I are so happy that Springtime is here.
Well, at least today it is very Spring-like.
We were just completely enjoying our porch.

I am so happy to be out where it is warm
and I have my cat grass. Willow doesn't understand how good it is to eat.... chomp chomp chomp... So it is all mine!
See my tongue is out,
trying to get more cat grass in my mouth...Time for water - cat grass makes me thirsty...And now it's definitely time for a nap!

No Smack-downs Today...

Yesterday I posted about somewhat of a smack-down
that I had to give to Willow.
I didn't smack her too hard -
just enough to remind her to behave.
Well, there were some that were worried
that I was a bit too tough on her.

So I wanted everyone to see that
we are perfectly happy again.
See I even washed her face for her... I even smoothed out her whiskers... And then we had a wonderfully cozy nap...
Together!

Whacked-Her Wednesday...

Well, I was just sitting on the windowsill,
gazing out and looking for birds and squirrels...

Suddenly, I had company.
Willow jumped up to join me
and started sniffing my head...
Now, I was not in the mood
for company or head sniffing
- so there was only one thing to do... I had to give her the smack-down!
Sometimes she forgets that I am the alpha cat
but I am ever so ready to remind her
exactly who is in charge here! Then I had my quiet windowsill to myself again!

Fun Friday with Nip!

Willow smelled something different
in the air at our house.
My Lap Lady brought home a plastic bag
and Willow actually jumped on the table
to get into it.

We couldn't wait to find out
what that great smell was... And it was something
we've never experienced before ---
Catnip Cigars!!! We both grabbed them right up. These are incredibly enjoyable... I was really surprised
when Willow did the smack-down on me.
As you can see, my cigar is behind me
and she has hers and still,
she gives me the smack-down.

I will take care of her later
but I must get back to my cigar now! This was so very exciting
I didn't know it would taste so good...

For Fudge Ripple...

I was so sad
when I heard that my Sweet Fudge Ripple had gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

He was my very first and only Valentine.
~~~~~
I hope that he gets to eat lots of his favorite barbecue pork now.
~~~~~
I know that we will all miss him - Willow and I are sending lots of prayers and purrs over to his family.
